We collect real-time GPS location data when you use the Platform. For riders, location is collected while the app is in use to facilitate deliveries. For clients, location is used to determine pickup and drop-off points.

1.3 Transaction Data

We record delivery requests, payment transactions, wallet activity, earnings, tips, and order history.

1.4 Device Information

We automatically collect device type, operating system, browser type, IP address, and push notification tokens.

  • Service providers: Cloud hosting, analytics, and communication providers who assist in operating the Platform.
  • Law enforcement: When required by law, subpoena, or legal process.

4. Data Retention

We retain personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Transaction records are retained for a minimum of 7 years. You may request deletion of your account data by contacting us.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), secure authentication (JWT), and access controls. However, no method of electronic transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
